Beirut faced another horrifying night of Israeli airstrikes on October 06. The strikes targeted the Hezbollah-run broadcaster Al-Manar building near Lebanon's largest Beirut Airport.Large explosions were seen in the city's southern suburbs from shortly after 11pm. The series of powerful airstrikes shook the southern suburbs of Beirut, causing massive fireballs and plumes of smoke. The intense bombardment, targeting Hezbollah strongholds, left a trail of destruction and chaos. Hezbollah launched barrage of missiles at Israel in retaliation to the Israeli Forces' hostilities. Rocket barrages from Lebanon triggered sirens and interception systems in northern Israeli towns and cities. Although, no injuries were reported, a residential building weas destroyed in the missile attack. The intensification of aerial and ground operations against Hezbollah by IDF in response to Iran missile hostilities on Oct 01. The strikes coincide with the one-year anniversary of the October 7, 2023 Hamas attacks on Israel
